Supporting global distribution partners through in-person technical training
Led by Eric Kroegel and Stuart Phelan, the technical training on ceiling track hoists combined hands-on demonstrations with technical insight drawn from real-world ceiling track hoist installation and servicing environments. Beyond technical delivery, the visit reflected Prism Healthcare’s core behaviours -working collaboratively, sharing expertise openly, and prioritising safety and end-user wellbeing.
