Westholme formed.
2000
Prism Medical UK was formed via the acquisition of Westholme.
2004/5
Prism Medical UK's portfolio and geographical footprint is broadened by acquiring Grinstead Medical, Freeway and Carefree.
2009
Further geographical expansions with the acquisition of TVM, Liftech, Saluss and APLS.
2011
Prism Medical UK acquires Movement 2, further increasing its profile.
2014
The Prism Healthcare group is formed and Prism Medical UK transitions from a Canadian Public corporation to a privately held company via a management buyout backed by LDC.
2015
The acquisition of HME, TMEC, Mackworth and Smirthwaite expands Prism Healthcare's paediatric care, moving and handling portfolio and training offerings.
2018
A second management buyout is backed by Limerston, offering further opportunities for expansion.
2019
Prism Healthcare acquires Assured, CareAbility & Harvest Healthcare, expanding its geographical footprint in the North and broadening its portfolio in the long-term care market.
2021
Repose Specialist Seating is acquired by Prism Healthcare, enhancing its offering of seating to paediatric, long-term and homecare customers.
2022
Prism Healthcare secures backing from Charme Capital, allowing for further growth and expansion.
2023
Prism Healthcare acquires Evolution Healthcare, expanding into Northern Ireland and enabling both companies to broaden their offering.
